Management Consulting Inc. (MANCON) has recently been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection through our GSA Federal Supply Schedule - Logistics Worldwide 874V contract GS-10F-0302K.

U. S. Customs and Border Protection is the unified border agency of the United States Government under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). DHS has been primarily responsible for securing our nation’s air, land, and sea borders. CBP Border Patrol agents are responsible for 2,000 miles of Southern border with Mexico and over 4,000 miles of land border with Canada between the ports of entry (POE). CBP Officers are responsible for 317 POE’s and 14 pre-clearance stations throughout Canada, Ireland and the Caribbean. Vehicles provide essential support to CBP staff and critical support to Border Patrol Agents. CBP vehicle management encompasses acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal of over 15,190 motor vehicles to provide law enforcement and motor vehicle transportation in support of the overall mission.

CBP has identified the need for field service support resources to supplement the present BP Agent Operations and Mission support workloads and positions as outlined below.

It is the intent of CBP to procure logistics services to support CBP OBP Operations and Mission Support requirements. These services shall be for OBP operational sites located across the United States and coastal regions often in remote locations. Under this BPA, MANCON shall provide logistics support services to support the OBP Operational Field Operations and Mission Support.
